Mind the Germs Wash your hands! During stressful days, your immune system is suppressed, meaning you are more likely to get sick. No matter how much of a rush you are in, always take 30 seconds to wash your hands with warm, soapy water. Don't have soap or water? Not a problem, pack hand sanitizer when in a pinch. 6. Sleep Tight Don't skip your Zzzs. Proper rest is essential when it comes to stress reduction, boosting immunity, and natural energy.
