Richard Bliss Brooke has been a full time Network Marketing distributor, corporate executive and/or owner since 1977. He is the author of the highly acclaimed Mach 2 with Your Hair on Fire, Mailbox Money and The Four Year Career™. In March 1992 Success Magazine did the first ever positive feature article on the MLM industry in a major publication. Richard was co-featured on the cover. He has been the President of Oxyfresh since 1986.

Melissa Gulbranson joined Oxyfresh in 1999. She oversees all corporate marketing efforts, providing strategic marketing direction for multiple Oxyfresh websites, as well as email and print campaigns. She is instrumental in developing an online presence and creating online marketing tools for Distributors. Melissa also heads the team that develops our intricate Distributor Online Office to offer Distributors all the online tools they need to succeed. In addition, she oversees Oxyfresh’s broad network of servers and proprietary software to create an internal structure and network system that optimally enhances the performance of Oxyfresh business builders. Melissa lives in Spokane, Washington, with husband, Doug, and their two “labradoodles,” Jak and Mattie.

Tom
Lunneborg
Vice President of Product Development

Tom Lunneborg has been with Oxyfresh since 1996. He has successfully developed and brought to market more than 20 premium products. Tom serves as the company's chief product expert and works directly with formulators, laboratories and scientists across North America to ensure every Oxyfresh product is developed to the highest standards with the finest ingredients. Tom plays a key role in product research and development and worldwide distribution (with a delivery accuracy rate consistently above 99.7 percent). He manages relations with more than 100 manufacturers and vendors and supervises international sales. Tom’s hobbies include wake boarding, motorcycle riding, racquetball and weight lifting. Tom lives in Spokane, Washington.

Rick Stambaugh

Rich Stambaugh has over 28 years of experience in the Direct Selling industry. He began working in the Network Marketing industry in 1983 as a Distributor selling cookware, and moved on to join the West Bend Company, where his talents were realized and his corporate career flourished. He has helped numerous companies achieve greatness by his results-driven way of doing business. Through Rick's guidance, Fionda has received numerous awards and honors, including being named to INC. 500's Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the U.S., and in May 2011, he founded TekVation. This technology company specializes in custom designed software specifically for direct selling companies and the industry. He's been married to his high-school sweetheart, Tina, for 28 years and has a daughter and a son.
