ROOM RESERVATIONS

Call Caesars Palace at 800-236-1418 by April 21 and ask for the "SoCool" Room Rate of $149 per night (for single or double occupancy). An additional $30 will be charged per extra person per night, up to a maximum of four per room. After April 21, the current hotel rack rate applies.

Payment & cancellation policy

$100 non-refundable deposit charged at the time of registration. Remaining balance charged May 10. Registration is non-transferable to any Distributor or event. Cancel by April 15 for full refund less $100 deposit. Registrations after May 10, 2009 — including on-site — are on a space-available basis.

Transportation & Directions

Airport Shuttle Service
Shuttle service to and from the airport is available 24/7. Upon arrival, go to Baggage Claim Door 13 to purchase your shuttle ticket or call Showtime Tours, 702.895.9976. Pricing is $12 per person roundtrip, $6.50 per person one-way.

Average travel time between airport and hotel is 10-15 minutes. However, shuttles stop at various hotels along their pre-determined route. Please allow up to 30 minutes travel time to arrive to your destination when using shuttle service.

Cab/Van Service
Cars and vans are readily available outside the airport baggage claim area. Allow 10-15 minutes to arrive at your destination. Average fare to the hotel is $12-15, plus gratuity.

Monorail
The Las Vegas Monorail is the newest attraction on the famous Las Vegas skyline. Gliding above traffic at speeds reaching 50 miles per hour, you'll be able to cover the four mile route in approximately 14 minutes for just a few bucks. Tickets are $5 per person, and unlimited ride passes are available. Visit their Web site for details. There are monorail stations at many of the most popular tourist destinations, including Caesars Palace, and the hours of operation are 7 a.m.—2 a.m. daily.
