General Session fees include lunch and dinner on Saturday.

Airfare and lodging not included.

Vision Workshop registration fee does not include meals.

Payment installment plan not available for registrants attending Workshops only; must attend Conference sessions. Full payment due upon registration if registering after November 1 and/or if registering for workshop(s) only.
