We’re looking for a results-driven marketing guru who is equal parts growth strategist, creative leader, and fast-moving executor. We want a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has bold ideas and can inspire a great team.

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and brand equity across retail stores (like Walmart), e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Chewy), distribution and our DTC channel. This role requires a strong grasp of both B2C and B2B tactics, marketing analytics, automation, a love for creative storytelling and an understanding of the importance of sales-driven messaging.


Key Responsibilities

Lead & Inspire:

  • Manage and mentor a small but mighty internal team (creative, social, influencer) and agency partners
  • Continue culture of fun, creativity, accountability, and performance

Own Marketing Strategy & Execute:

  • Own and drive omni-channel marketing strategies across retail, digital, PR for all sales channels and marketplace partners
  • Oversee strategy from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion, with clear goals and tracking

Top-of-Funnel Omni-Channel Growth:

  • Develop and lead high-impact TOF campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon DSP, Amazon Streaming
  • Identify new opportunities to acquire, engage, and convert audiences through storytelling, trend integration, and bold creative

Product Launches (Start to Finish):

  • Own the full strategy, creative direction, execution, and performance of new product launches
  • Drive timelines, cross-functional coordination, calendars, and promotional strategies
  • Lead creative team to bring product story to life across packaging, PDPs, ads, influencer content, and PR
  • Be accountable for launch success: awareness, ecomm sell-through, and velocity

Creative Direction & Brand Elevation:

  • Oversee development of creative assets, copy, and content aligned with brand tone and sales goals
  • Guide team on what’s working (and what’s not) to stay relevant and conversion-focused
  • Understand consumer personas and how to market to each

Campaign Analysis, SEO & Optimization:

  • Oversee ad agency partners and strategies aligned with growth goals
  • Review performance data regularly to optimize campaigns, budgets, and SEO
  • Provide clear insights to leadership for continuous improvement

PR & Influencer Strategy:

  • Build buzz through media outreach and partnerships aligned with brand and product priorities
  • Lead social team to scale influencer strategies for launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen content

Competitive Insight & Category Monitoring:

  • Keep a pulse on category, share of voice, competitive shifts, platform trends, and consumer behavior

Collaborate & Communicate:

  • Inspire and maintain strong team culture
  • Develop strong relationships with product, sales, and leadership
  • Report on performance, challenges, and ideas weekly, quarterly, and annually

Tell a Damn Good Story:

  • Pitch and secure earned media (e.g. podcasts) through compelling storytelling that builds brand credibility

  • This role is based in Coeur d’Alene. We thrive on collaboration and want someone side-by-side with the team Monday–Thursday, with Fridays remote.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably in CPG, pet, or wellness
  • A “get it done” mindset; willing to roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Ability to leverage AI to improve workflows
  • Experience balancing brand-building with performance marketing
  • Track record of leading full-funnel, cross-channel campaigns
  • Mastery of TOF platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, plus Amazon & Walmart strategies
  • Success launching new products and owning outcomes
  • Creative eye paired with data-driven decision making
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
