The Coordinator will assist with tracking development timelines, testing product samples and prototypes, supporting supplier documentation, monitoring ingredient and market trends, and contributing to cross-functional projects as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely work.
This role reports to the Vice President of Research, Development, and Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track New Product Development (NPD) timelines, project progress, checklists and meeting minutes
- Support document management, including but not limited to formulation records, change control, product specifications, deviations, and customer complaints
- Compile and organize regulatory compliance documentation (e.g. SDS, COAs, and other technical documents)
- Assist with product testing and release
- Support vendor and compliance management
- Maintain quality calendar to keep up-to-date with compliance and certifications
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in a science field Biology, Chemistry, or related degree) preferred.
- 1 - 3 years in a supporting role for CPG/FMCG Product Development or Quality preferred.
- Knowledge of product compliance, testing and manufacturing practices and procedures.
